Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase of Ema Frost Artwork. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us: ema@emafrost.com

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return please include your receipt or proof of purchase along with your order number when contacting us
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if items that are defective or damaged. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with your order. Send us an email at ema@emafrost.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be returned.
