So excited to be a part of the Kiwi art trail for the second time. It's really lovely to work on projects like this - this year the trail is travelling around the North Island, starting at Tauranga then heading to  Napier, Whangarei and ending the trail in Auckland.

Aqua Blue represents our expansive ocean that protects our amazing beloved flightless bird, while adornments of gold that showcase the rarity and charm of these precious creatures.

Ema’s delicate artworks take inspiration from mythical folklore and her overseas adventures. It serves as a reminder of the importance of kiwi conservation and our collective responsibility to protect these cherished native birds.

There are only just over x20 of these kiwi sculptures that have been painted by various artists and then at the end they are put up for auction (anyone can buy one - you might even like one..:) and then all the proceeds go to Save the Kiwi.
